The Špicer family manor is located in Beočin (Serbia) and was build in 1898 for the family of wealthy German ambassadors who was one of the owners of the Beočin cement factory. The project for its construction, in the style of eclectic architecture, was made by architect Imre Steindl (whose most famous work is Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest), so that the castle features notable elements of old styles (such as Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque), and then modern direction, secession. The interior of the castle was made in the spirit of the variant of the Hungarian secession of gentle shapes and it was created a little later. The most valuable part of the interior of this building is the central hall (on photo).
